Charlie's Kabob Grill

I was looking to pick up something to have in the room since many businesses will be closed tomorrow in observance of Thanksgiving. I saw Charlie's and picked up a Mediterranean salad. I tried a little when I got back to the hotel, and it was pretty good. The indoor seating looked very nice. The staff was nice too with big smiles upon their faces. I noticed there are lunch specials every day of the week except Sundays. If you are in the Wake Forest area, stop by Charlie's Kabob Grill to try some excellent Mediterranean food!

LOVE this place. The people are awesome, the place is inviting and the food wonderful. Easily among the best gyros I 've had. The gyro meat was nice chunks instead of the usual strips, awesome tsitziki sauce, and I love having lettuce and tomato on mine so got the Hercules gyro. Could have easily eaten 2, they were so good. We went twice in a 5 day span around Thanksgiving! Farah gifted us some 'greek ' donuts and Pitalicious, both fried dough with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chocolate sauce for our first visit.

Went to this place on a whim. In town to visit family, and this was near our hotel. Best decision on the trip so far. Great food and even better people. Felt welcome as soon as we walked in. We all had gyros, of course, and then were were treated with excellent desserts. We will be back again as many times as possible.

Food is good but not unique service is fine selection is limited and backlava is too small
