Today in Charlie to order a dinner. The lady working on the front counter was helpful, but the food was terrible. I ordered a ham and mushroom Calzone and a lasagna with sausage. When I came home, I opened the packages and to my surprise there are no mushrooms in the calzone and my lasagna was a container of juicy linguine with two sad pieces of mushy eggplant on it. I called the restaurant to make her nice to know that there was a mistake in the order and instead of offering it to make it right, the answer was I know that I wrote it right. There was no offer to make it right or so I ended the call. I will not get here because of the lack of customer service and the inability to get an order...
It used to be great at Charlie's, but the experience has changed. If you eat in, you might be okay, but takeout has become quite disappointing. The pizza is still decent, but the prices have gone up while the portions have shrunk. It was always on the pricey side, but at least Charlie provided value for the money. I've tried several times to give feedback, but they don't seem to take complaints seriously or try to make it right. New customers might not notice the changes immediately, but the slices of cake are now half the size they used to be, yet they still cost nearly $5. And dishes priced over $20 should definitely be better. Good luck!
What a great restaurant. We are here to visit and most of the restaurants we visited are overpriced and delivered. That wasn't the case for this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Prices are more than fair, if at all, they are probably a little too low. The service was incredibly great and the place is a very clean and clean restaurant. We have noticed that there are many locals who repeat customers here and so it is undoubtedly a great choice when you are in the area.
Great little place! Had been here 15-20 years ago, and the food is still fantastic. They have great meatballs (you can order 2 as an appetizer), and they have some of the best grape leaves I've ever had! Their pizza is also very good (I don't usually eat pizza crust, but do here)! We also enjoyed the gyros! The service here is good too!! The place is a bit cramped/small though, but definitely cozy!!

I tried the Souvlaki while girlfriend got the Reuben special, both delicious. Extremely friendly staff, I forgot my credit card in the restaurant and they were so kind that they caught up to me in the parking lot and handed it to me. Thank you again for catching up to us and for serving such tasty food! ?
The food is good, you get a lot for the price. The gyro meat isn?t fresh cut off a shawarma. If it was they would get 5 stars from me. Either place your order online or in person. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes than hung up on and they didn?t answer again.
The service was excellent. I ordered a pizza without the crust, and I was thrilled to find a restaurant that can accommodate that request. It's a fantastic alternative to cauliflower crust pizza, especially for those following a low-carb or keto diet.
Excellent food and service (5 star), however as soon as you walk in you smell smoke instead of the aroma of great food. It really destroys the atmosphere and experience, so tell the chef to smoke out back instead of in the kitchen!

I ordered the sampler plate, which included pork, chicken, and gyro, and it was excellent. The tzatziki sauce was particularly tasty. The Greek salad was also wonderful. I highly recommend this place!
