Tasting this rib of beef with 2 was pure happiness...Bravo chef for the magnificent cooking of this piece of quality meat as well as for the very gourmet dauphinois gratin. Absolutely great! We went there one evening in January following the different praises visible on the Internet. Therefore, we returned after noon! The meat is sublime, tender with a perfect kitchen.
