Charlo's - Reserva de mesa

Called in as it was convenient for our journey home, and the queue was quite long. When I was eventually served, my £3.80 change was all small coins. The chips were terrible, one big mass of greasy and mushy chips. The sausage was okay, but the bread roll was hacked in two with no butter. Expected more for the high prices they charged, my local chip shop is cheaper and better quality. Will definitely not be calling here again. Service: Take out

A staff member at this restaurant was extremely rude and refused to fix a completely messed up order that her colleague had acknowledged was their fault. As a result, my entire family and friends have decided to never return to this unprofessional establishment.

The service at this restaurant is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and we didn't have to wait long to be served. The dishes were served piping hot.
