I don't give all five stars. 4 stars is a respectable review and often what I choose to award a decent restaurant / hostel. But Charlotte's restaurant has a few perks that are not available at all restaurants that, in my opinion, make it over the place to enjoy a pleasant culinary experience. #1 They offer an early bird special. This special consists of several participants, also on their normal menu, but combined with either a soup or salad, and a desert, for a fraction of the price you would normally only pay for the main actor. My family and I went to Charlotte for a memorial dinner. We had about 45 family members. The food was delicious and the staff was impeccable! When I asked them to host the event I spoke to Jim. The demon won me right away. His wife and staff were all very friendly and willing to get out for us. My husband and I have lived nearby, but have never been to Charlotte. But I think we're gonna be part of the regular crowd now. Thank you to the employees of Charlottes!

We visit this restaurant from time to time and generally enjoy the food. However, we were disappointed to find that they were out of flounder at 7 PM on a Friday night, especially since many items on their menu and specials featured flounder. It would be nice to see a variety of piano players to enhance the atmosphere. The waitstaff is usually professional, and the bussers are quite attentive. Overall, it's a good spot, but there's room for improvement.

The bang bang shrimp had an excessive crunch and not enough sauce. The famous crab cakes, however, were excellent—served atop a rich, creamy sauce with substantial chunks of crab that I really enjoyed. The Cajun swordfish was well-prepared as well, presented on a bed of rice accompanied by olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and green chickpeas. I was here for a wedding reception and really enjoyed the restaurant. The folks working there are awesome, they all had great personalities and were very accommodating. The food was amazing, delicious appetizers and I had an amazing crab cake. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely become a regular here if I were.

We're newcomers, but now we feel like regulars! Everything was absolutely delicious. From the stuffed mushroom appetizers to the salad, and the main dishes of crab cake and lobster ravioli with the best lobster sauce I've ever tasted, everything was fantastic! I can't wait to go back and try more entrees!

I started with the Shrimp Lejon. Delicious! The salad was a pretty nice size. My entree, Lobster Ravioli. Also delicious. The bread for the table was served warm. I like that.
