Charm Thai Cuisine

Four of us went to this restaurant for lunch for the first time. It took a long time for them to bring our food. When it finally arrived, only two of us received our dishes. The third dish came five minutes later, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the fourth dish. It was a disappointing experience. I ordered the Pad see ew, which I did not find impressive. However, my husband tried the lunch special Green Curry Pad Thai, which he thought was decent. Overall, we were not satisfied with the food and service. Score: 2.

This is the best food I have had since visiting this place. Coming from California, it's hard to beat. My son and I were both very pleased with our dining experience. We both enjoyed the massaman curry with spice level 3 and 4, although we could have gone for the level 5. We also ordered banana and coconut milk, as well as two servings of mango sticky rice. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. We both agree that we will definitely be returning.

Today was probably the last time my family will be dining at this restaurant. The food is great, but the wait times on our last two visits have been ridiculously long. Despite the restaurant not being busy inside, it seemed like to-go orders were being fulfilled much faster than those of us dining in. The restaurant is not very kid-friendly, as the long wait times can cause children to become extremely restless. In terms of service, dining in was not a pleasant experience.

The staff is very friendly, but the food was not good when we came for lunch. The chicken in my Pad Kee Mao was very dry. The two others in my group ordered Crispy Garlic Chicken and thought it tasted kind of old or stale. There was no spice at all, even though we asked for 3/5 spicy. When I asked for a box, the waitress brought me a tiny box that only fit half of what was left on my plate. Will probably come back on a different day. Service: Dine in Reserva una mesa ahora

We arrived about an hour in a half before closing, thinking we had enough time to sit down and eat. Unfortunately, we were informed they couldn't seat us or take our orders because they were so backed up. At the time, there were two tables seated eating and one or two other people waiting in the restaurant. This was a bit disappointing considering they weren't wuite ready to close yet and what may have appeared to not be enough staff.

First time eating here, will absolutely return! Seriously one of the best thai places around, definitely gives peanut sauce (in Tacoma) a run for their money. Not too expensive and the quality of the food is amazing, not to mention the gal that was serving was absolutely awesome! If there were more than 5 to give, I would! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent larb and curry would recommend pickup to go or delivery, as dine in is VERY slow due to how busy they are. It's a small restaurant at the end of the complex. Great service and food. A place I would love to visit again. They have plenty of options for vegetarians and a few vegan options too. Their combos are a great deal to try out the noodles, curries and rolls. Reserva una mesa ahora

Everything we have tried has been delicious curry is exceptional, pad thai, garlic honey chicken, can't wait to try more.
