Came here for first time sat eveBooked table a week before, rang them up to confirm and they said no table bookedAnyway said we can go at 7.15pmBy the time we had entrée and main course it was 9pmAsked to order dessert and reply was - kitchen closes at 8.15pm????Sorry but if you have paying customers you should ensure they are looked after and can order a dessert if they wish!!!!Not once did they come round and ask if we wanted dessert then order it because kitchen closesOMG this is a Sat eve - people just start going out at 8pm Very rude as they were more interested in going home then look after their customers!!!
Have eaten here a few times. It seems if you don't eat in the restaurant they don't care about you as a customer. Never answer their phone, when they do answer they're rude. Last two times I've been they've said 45min wait for takeaway and 1hr wait for delivery. Both times they've been around 40mins late. And the delivery was stone cold, and they lied about it being made on time and delivered straight away.
The only reason I gave two stars is that the food was hot & it was ready in the 45 mins we were told it would be. I had to ring seven times before the phone was even answered. The food tasted like yesterday's reheated. The beef was tough as leather, the red curry chicken was sweet & ordinary. I'm being kind. I would not eat here again.
What a find! Fantastic flavor, friendly service and very popular with the locals. Chicken satay sticks with peanut sauce were heavenly. Can recommend the red beef curry and the chicken cashew nut dishes also. Speedy delivery of meals despite many people dining in. Byo your wine though. Will definitely be a local haunt of ours!

We have been here once and loved the food, but haven't had there food again as every time we call, and we've tried on several occasions there phone just rings out, they offer a take away service but then don't answer there phone, so we've had to go elsewhere. I can't understand it. But really poor customer service
My partner and I eat here frequently, both dine in and takeaway. I order the curries regularly, including green, red, panang, and jungle (although I steer away from this one as I'm not fond of the pineapple) and they're all amazing. My partner loves the satay stir fries and our little one loves the satay sticks.
This place came highly recommend and did not disappoint. The staff were run off their feet but did an amazing job getting to everyone. Really nice feel about the place and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
They had the worst massaman I have ever had. Normally it's big chunks of beef slow cooked not slivers of chicken, beef or pork, quickly stir-fried then added into the sauce. Not very appealing at all.

Always a pleasure eating at Charm Thai. Been lots of times and never had any problems. Good service and great food.
The best Thai food in the upper coomera area. Never disappointed. Is great for take away or dine in.
