I visited this restaurant on a Sunday with my motorcycle association, a group of about 15 of us, mainly couples over 50, mostly husbands and wives, looking to grab lunch around 2 pm. Unfortunately, they turned us away because they insisted we remove our vests. While I understand a business has the right to refuse service, I found the decision quite unreasonable. Given the demeanor of our group, it was clear we weren't a loud or unruly crowd—mostly just grandparents out for a nice meal. We respected the manager's decision and chose to take our business elsewhere. So, if you're considering this place for a casual night out with your riding friends, I would suggest looking for another option.
I stopped by just now for dining in and to have a drink. A Filipina waitress saw me sitting waiting for a menu. She just ignored me because I am alone. She's on her cellphone texting, waiting for a large table to fill with a group of 4 to 6 customers for a bigger tip. So she passed me to another waitress who was assigned in a different area of the bar and then she decided to help a table of two customers who just arrived. Totally disgusting. The security noticed and had to talk to her that I've been waiting on the table. I totally lost my appetite and my so I just walked out.
We were very excited to visit Chasers again after moving. But after 35 minutes of being brought menus, being told by the someone that we would be with us, 4 servers making eye contact with nods while we waved at them to politely notify them that we would like to order no one came to take our order. There were tables on both sides of us getting waited on by servers. Including one that arrived at minute 30 of our wait and also got immediate service. We did not order and will not be going back.
Tried going here with my husband tonight for dinner (Saturday). Some reason they thought it’s okay to charge “$10 ufc cover charge” to everyone. We obviously turned around and left. Neither of us could care less about ufc. Build a separate private room to have ufc on! Or else they lost a whole population of costumers because of ufc. Every restaurant/bars have tvs on. Get over yourselves and learn better business sense!

Great spot. BIG crispy wings. The Calimari is on point. Chicago family style pizza. Don't miss out.
