First time customer today, ordered it all online. the set up online is simple and quick no hastle. you can also leave instructions like a time you want it for. or if you have allergies, which I think is key. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The portion sizes complement the prices they ask. I collected the food so I could see what the premises are like. its bright clean and very organised. the staff are really friendly and approachable, they will answer anything you ask. the food was prepared in a timely manner. if you order for delivery it's a 45min wait, but be prepared to wait at peak times i.e Friday and Saturday night . a collection is 20 mins and again allowances for peak times. we all...

I ordered the chicken supper with curry sauce and a portion of onion rings. The onion rings was burnt to a crisp. I could have thrown them like a frisbee and they would have come back in one piece! My son ordered a pizza and when he opened the box the cheese wasn’t on the pizza, it was on the inside of the lid. When I complained over the phone I was confronted by a really rude member of staff who put the phone down on me. I went in to complain in person and again got confronted by a rude patronising member of staff who told me I got what I paid for, then they all just stared at me making me feel uncomfortable because I greeted them in their language! I will never eat out of this place again...

Terrible service and offensive staff. I put an order in and an hour later had heard nothing. I rang and was told they didn't send the order because I had complained in the past -the food was delayed an hour and a half so I had cancelled with them. I had thought to give the place a second chance but won't be obviously bothering again.

Ordered 2 fish suppers and a box of kebab meat online. The fish was so over cooked it was inedible. The chips were brown, greasy and undercooked and the kebab meat was as dry as the cooks sandles. Terrible staff extremely rude on the phone when I rang to explain they gave me the wrong order refused me a refund and had a horrible attitude towards me on the phone will 100% not be going back and don’t go there at all ,shocking customer service

Ordered fish and chips online this evening, opened the box and knew straight away it was off. Should have taken it back but the smell made me throw it straight in the bin, AVOID.

Disgusting wedges with bacon burgers are over cooked and taste odd also ordered a king richer milkshake it was tiny and tasteless never again
