We stayed overnight on our way down to the South even considered looking in the nearby town to eat that evening. So glad we decided to dine at the Hotel restaurant. The food served was amazing , the flavours were superb . We decided not to select the set menu chose instead from the A la Carte selection. The staff were welcoming efficient . The wine list was enormous the choice of wine extensive. The Hotel was clean , the rooms adequate but the stay was made more pleasurable by the fantastic skills of the Chef. Would certainly recommend a visit . Breakfast was excellent .

An absolute jewel in the crown of French cuisine. The food is exceptional and the presentation also. This is a restaurant that is worth travelling to. Highly recommended.
