Chateau de Bobigneux

We had Sunday lunch at this restaurant and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Most of the downstairs of the Chateaux was given over to dining rooms and they had the good sense to put all the families with children in one dining room and all the adult only parties in another. This way we were able to enjoy the meal in piece. If you are in the area of Saint Sauveur en Rue I would strongly remend this place for eating. They also have six rooms, although I canot comment on them as we only eat there.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was friendly and welcoming, the food was outstanding and the menu was varied and delicious. The actual grounds and setting are breathtaking. We stayed from 7.30pm to 10pm, and weren't hurried at all, but were given blankets when it got a little colder outside. Loved it, would go every day if I could! Also, open on a Sunday!

We struggled through wind and rain on our tandem to reach the Chateau on the first day of our cycling tour in France. A warm welcome awaited us and an excellent meal (vegetarian) in the restaurant. This was our second visit and we are planning to go again in 2016.

really beautiful place, we didn't stay at the hotel but ate on the terrace, really welcoming staff and brilliant chef. the food was really beautiful and the wine list was great too. i would love to go back and take everyone i know! lovely.
