We went to this restaurant for a family birthday.We ordered the duck, when it arrived, as I was eating, I noticed that both ends of the plate were heavily chipped, so we called the manager to speak with us.We explained that this is unprofessional and dangerous, there could be pieces of the plate in the food!He looked at us like we were crazy and proceeded to say, “ it happens, but there is no pieces in the food, we check every plate “, then walked off like that was an acceptable answer.Terrible customer service.

This is a wonderful place. Zurab and the whole crew were fantastic ? Pelemeni were to die for. Excellent octopus ? and awesome crab cakes. Soft shell crab is worth trying. 5 stars.Food: 5/5

Food is just sooo delicious. Service is top notch. Our waiter was Zura. Such an outgoing personality, funny and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.
This is the best Russian restaurant in US you can't get better food anywhere else, five star service and the ambiance. Will be coming back here again.
