Château De Courcelles

Drove with my wife from London for a long weekend. Had an absolute fabulous time! Couldn't mistake it from the gastronomic menu that the cook would change for you to make sure that you didn't have the same every night, to the staff who were all friendly, helpful, relaxed and a pleasure to see every day, to the surroundings that were stunning. A prefect place to explore the champagne region. To do a lot: cycling through the countryside and villages, swimming in the outdoor pool and playing tennis next to lunch and dinner in the fantastic restaurant. Will definitely be back to visit! Wonderful stay! Beautiful castle! Quality home! A young team! I recommend Bravo to the Chef for these gourmet menus of great originality and delicacy! A nice place. a castle in a peaceful green setting. say the staff and menus served as well as the wines served: a word: perfect. It will remain for me an unforgettable memory from any point of view. Thanks to management and his staff for all this.
