Chateau De La Motte Fenelon

Very condescending, contemptuous and very unpleasant welcome, especially since I was traveling for exclusively professional purposes. My work agency had already paid for the room but given their attitude I was forced to pay for this room twice, wishing to avoid any conflict following their more than inappropriate attitude. Even if you are renowned in your profession, measuring is their favorite sport. In summary ? When people from the provinces take advantage of the slightest opportunity to stare down people born or coming from Paris. No further comments.

If you book the standard room, it is located in buildings a few hundred meters from the chateau: musty lofts, dark, and full of mosquitoes and spiders, old sanitary facilities. With an upgrade (additional charge) we got a room in the main building, which is dated but comfortable. The room was clean, but there were dozens of dead flies in the dust on the windowsills of the stairwell. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. Very (too) simple breakfast buffet.

This castle is really very well maintained. The staff is also very pleasant. It is particularly pleasant to have breakfast with a view of the castle park. Meal at 109 Very good, the starter was good and the dessert was generous. Very good dish with quality products. the service very friendly and professional. Very nice restaurant. Lots of charm, very neat, impeccable tables, very pleasant staff and excellent meal, we enjoyed our evening for the birthday of our little son who was celebrating his 18th birthday in a very warm place. Thank you. Service: 5 Location: 5
