The castle is beautiful! The places are really beautiful, with an exceptional setting. The service is impeccable. Our dinner menu tasting was very good at the evening restaurant. Frankly disappointing! A hotel that does not respond when asked to solve problems, unworthy services of a 4*, no effort on the part of staff on the reception.
