"nothing we ate was fresh. Notably:- the lacquered duck sauce made cumeaux- the wine in pichet was bad- the children's chocolate ice ball had a doubtful taste (they left them!)- the diabolo is made with a ventilated lemonade- the coffee felt the warmth not the address to try if we already know good addresses."

a small retreat when you first enter this restaurant: it is at 4/5 empty!this first perception must not remove the novice because the boss, smiling and empathic,. Quickly occupies space. The formula is seated, which is increasingly rare to be appreciated. the card integrates the dishes usually presented in any Chinese worthy of this name, with a preparation that seems rather crafted and a correct gust.Good performances in the whole that probably resume the return of a fairly long experience, hence the presence of rather seniors. a adviser for lunch time, with parking nearby, a reactivity in the service if you need to eat quickly and sometimes, a small coffee gratis premium (I didn't tell you...

It's kind of our "little Chinese." We have our habits and have never been disappointed. m. lee has taken note of our requests, he takes it into account with the smile, our arrival. the room is clean, the service is fast, (map of the day ingenious and changing) the dishes are good, the plate is generous. It is not great gastronomy, but it is very honest with a price unbeatable relation quality price. We will continue to come to see m. lee, convinced not to be disappointed.

For years we have been going to eat at the Mandarin chateau of thann: the kitchen is excellent, reasonable prices, and really nice owners. I am sad for them to see that the room is often almost empty, and I do not understand it, given the quality of the restaurant. I had the opportunity to try other Chinese restaurants, which have always disappointed me in comparison to the Mandarin. So I don't miss going there every time I go to thann!

When I arrived in thann in 2009, it was a hardy place where I liked to come with family or colleagues or friends...as I went down there, I went less until I came there. I can't believe there's enough flow for a Chinese restaurant so I can eat confidently. When I pass in front of the lunches, the room is empty or almost empty. We were eating well.
