Chateau Massillan - Reservar una mesa

Service is not up to date! Staff are not trained. To owners: When you recruit unskilled people, at minima, form them! The reception of the restaurant is so bad that we preferred to make the road and dine elsewhere than to go back there (initially we thought we would take all our meals at the restaurant) Breakfast at 25€ is a hold-up! If you charge this price there, you must have a lot of choice and suitable for different diets. What is far from being the case. What a shame because the place is beautiful and the qualitative SPA! We are so disappointed with our stay.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had chosen the evening and night spa formula at the hotel. The reception at the entrance to the spa was very cold, not gracious at all, because of explanation... we felt we were bothering. The people who gave us the massages were adorable. The bio spa space is very well. We were disappointed in the room the wall that separates the room from the bathroom was split when we reported it leaving the next day we were told that it was normal.
