the location is enchanting, in good weather the dining on the shaded terrace with view of the rolling fields is spectacular. The menu at 36 euro is good value but one can only chose between two dishes and it is the second time now we realized that choosing is hit or miss. Nice mise en bouche, nice entrees, the main dish of wok tuna had a good flavor but was very oily and the tuna was overcooked, the meat main dish was cold and nondescript, desserts were ok, but again just two choices, chocolate or rice pudding. The location is splendid, and the dining room quite elegant in soft colours. The menu at 36 euro has two possible choices for entrée, plat and dessert. Unfortunately, one of the two choices did not please us, the plates were served cold, the lentils were topped with an enormous blob of mozzarella and complemented with onion petals, overall a strident combo, in my opinion. Desserts were delicious, but the ' mise en bouche ' came straight from the fridge with flavours muted by cold. We gave it full marks as we like the place and the food is usually very good, so I guess this was just a bad day.
a truly unique experience and excellent to its best. a must live at least once in your life. a big plus, the personal is from this world. to be a perfect balance between exceptional, without being intentional. I don't want to go.
The food and service were five stars! The location is a beautiful castle with very nice indoor restaurant and a beautiful outdooor meeting in warm weather. I'll come back!
