After a series of events we ended up early evening at a post marriage party in the wonderful characterful Pullens Centre in Crampton Street and by 9ish everybody needed food so we set off on a trail round the neighbourhood in search of a stack of pizzas or Indian veggie food. After a bit of a dispiriting trek we stumbled upon this place just short of the railway bridge and roundabout and after a short negotiation they agreed to provide us with two large platters of bhajis and pakora for £80. We returned to the party but true to their word within 30 minutes , having jogged down the streets two friendly guys arrived with piping hot snacks and keep the party pot boiling. Great service. I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant review. These guys are truly amazing. I hope that they continue to be blessed by Allah. They are incredibly humble and generous, the best brothers I have ever met. They serve with a smile and provide excellent service. The food is freshly prepared and the naan is one of the best I have ever tasted. This restaurant is definitely one of the best I have dined at recently. I will definitely be a regular customer here. Keep up the great work, guys. Simply amazing.
After you finish your meal, be sure to try their Chai. The food is not made to order, as it is on display for you to see what is available. They only serve what is shown, but the dishes we had, including daal, chicken, pulao, and naan, were delicious. The naans were large and crispy, some of the best I've had. It's not a fancy or very clean restaurant, but the staff is friendly. Many people were getting takeout while we were there. And they are open until 2 in the morning.
The food is fresh, delicious and satisfying ready made sauces that are prepared throughout the day are spiced up and warmed up to order on the stove in front of you. Fresh naan bread is baked to order, too. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. The interior is quite cheap and cheerful, and could do with a face lift, but this is more of a place for takeaways than eating in.

The £4 lunch deal for any curry (meat or veg) with rice and fresh naan from a proper tandoor oven is great value. The curry was really tasty and he let us taste the sauce before to make sure we liked it. Big range of options and also tandoori and tikka meats.
Terrible cusotmer Service, charged £10 for delivery for two items, didn't even send one item. Refused to redeliver, paid £25 for just chicken curry!!! Very bad Customer Service, watchout.
My friend and I went here during our stay in London. The food was really good (we ended up going back for take away two more times on our trip). The staff was friendly and helpful.
I returned to this restaurant after two years and was pleased to find that the dine-in food is still delicious, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions.
