I wanted to make a cat bar: wanted during our stay in Boulogne-sur-Mer! The atmosphere and decor immerse you in a fantastic world between Alice in Wonderland and Harry Potter. The manager is a cat enthusiast, they are kings: It is soothing to be able to sip one of its specialties (hot or cold fish and enjoy a homemade pastry. Access is regulated, you will have to wait in the sas before entering so that little felins cannot escape.
