Stumbled upon this gem of a coffee roaster. They have so many varietals to try using various methods. We were a little concerned that they wouldn't be able to dial in our espresso well with so many options, but we were proved wrong. Let alone the ability to roast so many varieties to their individual profiles, without under or over developing. Bravo. We finished with Ethiopian Wush Wush espressos, which totally blew our minds. With an innumerable number of choices Coffee Bean varieties to choose from, Chazzano is hands down one of the best coffee shops in the area. Too often coffee drinkers are stuffed with the choice of one espresso to choose from and too many syrup flavor options to create an artificially flavored beverage. As a coffee aficionado I greatly appreciate that Chazzano yields so many roasting profiles. Today I had the Haitian Blue Zombie Desert. I'm happy to report I survived! I highly recommend a visit to this cafe. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You certainly cannot go wrong. Choose wisely!
Just wanted to recommend the Chazzano Gift Box with 5 Sample Bags. At $20, it comes neatly packaged in a sturdy red box. Five freshly roasted coffee samples are included. You can select from whole bean or one of 13 different grinds, regular or decaf. Each sealed sample brews several espresso beverages, a large French Press, or two pourovers (that's $2 per cup). They deliver locally for $3. Stick a bow on it and it makes a warm, beautiful, and thoughtful gift!
This place has the best beans around. Keep in mind this is not like a typical coffee “shop”. There is very little indoor seating, the hours are rather inconvenient, and they do not offer any food items or flavors for their coffee. However, they are some of the best roasters in the area. Plus, you can order a drink made with any of their beans so you can try before you buy. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here

Afternoon coffee? What kind of coffee place opens at 10am during the week? This place should have stayed in Ferndale. It’s a terrible coffee place that opens in a walkable town but does not have indoor seating and an enjoyable atmosphere. I’ll walk PAST Chazzanos and go to Coffee and Bark
Best place to get a quality coffee that isn’t overly priced at all. I’ve been twice now and plan to keep going to chazzano coffee. Very kind staff too. Nothing but compliments about this place.
Wonderful local coffee roastery and cafe. Best single origin coffees from around the world. The hot chocolate with cardamom is great!
A specialty of very tasty coffee and very worth it. Missing a small cookie.
