The food is good but I canceled an order from them over the phone, they said they would refund me and never did. I called immediately after I placed the order, knowing I wouldn't be able to pick up the food, and the person on the line said they would refund me. Here I am still waiting for a refund, womp womp. These guys rock! I've been slowly trying everything on the the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Every sandwich has been delicious and the employee are always awesome and so helpful.
Great place. Decoration is funny. Subs are awesome!! I loved that place. Great option for after-show munchies from United center. Will definitely come back!!!

Had a great meal with Cheba Hut. Staff was very friendly and fave great suggestions to subs, and we went with the garlic bread options.
It's what I've come to expect from Cheba… Excellent food, and Kool-aid on tap. If you're looking for a sandwich, this is the spot.
I went in as a Door Dash driver and they were about 5 or 8 minutes late with the order and seemed a little confused.
Just moved to the city and was looking for a good sub spot, would highly recommend. Not traditional subs
