This restaurant review is about a disappointing experience with the food. The rubber bacon burger had too much mayo on it, making it inedible. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease and the "meat" burger had a strange taste. The Coke was out of syrup, so it tasted like seltzer. The meal cost $31 and was a complete disaster, ending up in the garbage. The Mozzarella sticks also tasted like old grease and were hard. The reviewer is frustrated and does not plan on returning to the restaurant, despite any offers they may receive.
I only write reviews when the customer service is really bad. This place always makes customers wait for over 30 to 40 minutes for their food, and it seems like the employees are just goofing off instead of caring that people are waiting. You can tell when someone is making an effort to do their job, but these employees just don't care. I would recommend avoiding ordering delivery from DoorDash or GrubHub from this Checkers location on Wesley Chapel in South Hairston.
The staff at this restaurant refused to utilize the to-go windows for quick and easy service for online orders. A customer nearby mentioned that they had fallen asleep and had to cancel their order. I ended up waiting in line for 40 minutes. One of the employees took a break to smoke instead of assisting with the slow-moving line. Overall, I would not recommend this place. 0 out of 10.
Why do they just throw fries into the bag? Don't they realize that the fries should be placed in their own compartment? Why are there fries scattered all over the place when I take them to my car? It's easier to eat on the go when they're not all jumbled up in the bag. It's not difficult to get it right, it's just fast food after all.

AI at the intercom is the BEST thing going at this checkers but the costumer service is AWEFUL !!!!! It was only 3 cars and was waiting over 20mins before me and another car pulled off !!! I think they need new management ??
