First ever visit to any Checkers. We considered it a success and will be back We visited before noon on a weekend. So, we may have been the first customers of the day. With two separate lanes, the drive-in was confusing for a first-timer (and the intercom didn't work on the side I picked). The window/cashier area of the side I chose looked to be full of construction equipment supplies. So, the worker didn't have an easy time getting to the window. We ordered ahead using the app. I felt the app was difficult to get through and I felt it was too intrusive. We struggled to get through the menu because we didn't know what everything was. The one worker we spoke to was very friendly and knowledge...
I placed an order yesterday after midnight, but when I got to the restaurant, it was closed. I returned the next morning to voice my concern. I spoke with the manager, Mohamed, who was extremely friendly. He explained that the situation was beyond their control due to a power outage in the area. He quickly provided me with a replacement meal. Thank you very much! This is truly the best restaurant I have ever dined at.
I can't understand why they believe it's acceptable to serve food that looks so unappetizing and is completely different from what is advertised. The bread is never served hot or fresh; it appears stale. The sandwiches are poorly put together, and the fries are overly greasy. It's disappointing to witness how the fast-food industry has deteriorated since the pandemic ended.

The food took awhile to get. They had us order on the app cause of some of the deals. Food was not worth price.
Yall need to get Dayonna out of that window. She’s so rude and gave me an attitude for clarification.
Too expensive for what this is. They also need to take some time and fix their drive thru.
