The food is usually hot and good. I personally like their burgers and fish sandwiches. However, I don’t like the fries. The employees work yuck and hard. BUT, the general manager? HORRIBLE. He yells, gets aggressive, argues, and uses abusive behavior/language towards customers. He doesn’t listen and talks over you. Today I saw 3 people leave without their food. When it came time for me to pay for our food, he tried multiple times to use our first card. He handed it back to us and kept saying “get a real card. you’re doing something wrong.” So we tried another card. It declined again. I almost never leave reviews, especially on chain places because I assume most people know what to expect. But when I went to this Checkers I got a pretty standard chicken sandwich and when I take a bite theres a bone inside of it which is now in my mouth. This type of quality check is lazy and unacceptable I’ve tried contacting the store but their number listed online and on the receipt apparently doesn’t exist and the company support line has done nothing, even sending an email to complaint line is worthless it just goes to show they really don’t care; literally just go to the Wendy's down the road anything is better then this.

I was thrilled to discover a Checkers restaurant that was actually open, especially since so many seem to be closed. The food was well-prepared and served hot—my fries tasted like they came straight from the fryer. I ordered a double bacon burger cooked medium, and it was delicious. I do wish the fries were larger and that there was less ice in my drink, but overall, the dining experience was fantastic. Checkers always has great deals!

I always have a great experience at this restaurant! The staff is friendly, and my orders are never incorrect. Even when it's not busy, they maintain excellent customer service and don't let any distractions affect their work. Occasionally, there might be a wait when I order something that's out of stock, but the young employees are so polite that I'm more than happy to wait a few extra minutes. I love eating at Checkers, especially their Deep Sea Double and fries. Although my second-to-last order was incorrect, they fixed the mistake after I pointed it out. The reason I'm giving a score of 4 instead of 5 is that some of the staff struggle with English. Aside from that, I'm a satisfied customer, and I would recommend Checkers any day!

The food was slightly cold, but I anticipated that since it was a 15-minute drive. Fortunately, it still maintained a good amount of heat. The Cheesecake Sundae was fantastic; I chose the caramel flavor. The Half-Pound Chicken Bites and fries were, as always, excellent. Overall, I’d give Checkers a 10/10!

How hard is it to take an order for two meals? the girl who took our order could simply not get it right (and never). then they gave me a cup that was absolutely covered with soda, and there was what I can only assume that he was on the floor of someone else.

The 2 Big Buford sandwich resembles more of a value meal option and was served cold, leaving me quite disappointed. Additionally, the Buffalo dip cups had very little sauce in them. I will likely not be ordering from this restaurant again. Reserva una mesa ahora

My burger was cold the cheese was not melted and the bun was stale The fries were soggy and mushy and chicken was cold and chewy
