I ordered through a mechanical device, which did not afford me the opportunity to ask questions. However, I placed an order until I could speak to a live person. I asked the young woman if they do the military discount (which has been the case at theother locations where I have inquired before I order). The young woman said, I don 't think so...I don 't know, but I will ask mymanager. Then I heard her say, We don 't give a military discount, do we? She then came back to the service window andgleefully announced as if to say I told you so in telling me they don 't honor military discounts. Just came from this location, and was turned away. I was told they did not open until 11am and then she closed the glass in my face and was very rude. There were about 4 other cars waiting as well. Please update your hours on the building AND online so others do not waste their time coming here a whole hour before it actually opens. The woman who I talked to was lightskin with a bun.
They told us they were only accepting online orders . We placed an online order and they said it was at a different store . We checked and we were at the correct store . Went to let them know and they shut the store down early and refused to issue arefund . We got no food but paid for it . It?s been over a month and the 800 number isn?t helping
They have changed their fish sandwich. It's used to be a nice size and flavorful now it's the worst. in this order Checker fish, The Clown and the King. The clown have better tarter sauce King better fish and Checkers not worth mention.

Not gonna lie the AI ordering Lady scared the heck outta me @first. However it was an amazing experience and the gentleman that helped me at the window was kind and chill .. food was hot and delicious
