I ordered what I came for, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I expected. I asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches, but I received two Checker burgers instead. I also ordered a 10-piece boneless wing, which was great. The fries were fresh and delicious as well. The staff member who assisted me seemed a bit distracted, as my order was incorrect even after I clearly requested the two spicy chickens and expressed how much I enjoy them. It sounded like she was chatting with someone else through her headset, as she and another person kept exchanging smiles and laughter. The restaurant was quite bustling during my visit. I've been here several times and recognized the same gentleman, who I believe is the manager. I can't quite explain it, but the Big Buford consistently tastes fantastic. The kitchen staff is quick and professional, which is not something you typically find in restaurants, especially fast food ones. Definitely a top-notch experience!

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly! Our food was absolutely delicious. They surprised us with extra sauces without us even asking. My friend and I shared a drink, and they offered us a refill, even giving us each our own drink so we wouldn’t have to share anymore. They made us feel welcomed and expressed their gratitude. I will definitely be returning!
