Now, let’s discuss some areas for improvement:
1) It would be helpful if visitors were informed that their room key card is required to access the guest floors.
2) There is a hold of $100 per day on your credit card, so keep that in mind when budgeting for your stay.
3) As is often the case, the food was basic, overpriced, and lacked variety.
4) The bar closes at 11 PM, which is not ideal for those visiting for leisure.
5) The doors are locked at 11 PM, and I wasn’t aware of this when I returned; the staff watched me struggle to figure out why I couldn’t get in but didn’t offer any assistance. Thankfully, I managed to figure it out, but make sure to keep your card on you, as losing it can...
We had reservations in a Saturday night for roof top restaurant at 6:30 pm. We arrived and they announced the restaurant was closed. They had not attempted to call us, text us or email us even though they had 3 points of contact information. It was very disappointing. We ended up going to perch for a dinner at their bar. As always, perch was great but not being out on the roof top was not the ambiance we had hoped for.
Probably the nicest people that served me and my Valentine’s date. the food was too good to be true! Everything was just amazing and definitely worth it thank you all so much! And the view was perfect! The staff was so nice and made sure we got everything we needed! unlimited champagne was great! I’ll never forget that night thanks again.
The restaurant was closed, and the staff was completely unaware of our reservation. Please take this establishment off the Open Table system for reservations. It caused a lot of confusion, and I had to rush to find another reservation at the last minute on a Saturday evening.

We had a group of four for my fiancé's birthday dinner, and the staff went above and beyond for us! They were incredibly kind, the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! They truly made it a memorable evening. We will definitely be returning!
Opentable confirmed my reservations three times, and when we arrived for our reservation, the restaurant was closed. Checkers blamed it all on Opentable. Who ever was at fault it was an awful experience to arrive and find out it was closed.
We reserved outdoor seating. When we arrived, we were told the outdoor patio has been closed for two months. No one in the restaurant had any clue we had a reservation and the menu is only bar food. We went elsewhere.
DO NOT GO. They’re closed and staff has no idea why you are there. I am not sure why it is on open table
