We arrived in drive thru around 10 pm. We waited in line for about 10 minutes because the restaurant seemed deserted. When we got to the speaker no one answered so we to the window for assistance. The worker's headset was off. She took out order and gave her soft food she wasn't friendly but she did her job. The food was OK; the wait was not.
Miserable employee. If you don't enjoy your job, why do it. Came to the microphone and then my order stopped. When I came into the window that the man could not find that it was wasting my time sending me your customers need to be moved

This Checkers&Rally’s new to be under a new management is crazy how DoorDash ppl have to wait an hour to receive they’re food everybody in there should be fired and they all just stay on there phone and don’t do nun serious!! Reserva una mesa ahora
Doordash driver waited for over 15 minutes just to find out that they gave my order to someone else. He asked them to make the order, and the rude lady said it wasn't her problem. His time and mine.
The burgers at this restaurant were extremely large and unappetizing. The food was disappointing and left us feeling frustrated. I could only manage to take two bites before giving up on it.
