I've never been here during their busy times and the service definitely needs improvement. The waitress either can't be found taking long periods of time to bring complementary chips and water (water you have to ask for), taking your order, and bringing your barely luke warm food. Or you have a problem with the waitress coming back so often you feel like the next thing that is gonna happen is she will force feed you and shove you out the door. I've been there at least half a dozen times and service is always poor.
