If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Me and my girl went in there and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, wrap, and the skinny fries that were advertised on the menu. First let me start with the fries. The menu advertised skinny fries that were supposed to be “crispy and delicious”. However, we didn’t get that. We got soggy crinkle cut fries. Why put something on the menu if you’re not going to give the customer the right type of fries that were expected? The deluxe chicken sandwich had nothing on it except for the chicken and the spicy Mayo sauce, Nothing else. I first discovered Cheeks Chicken and Waffles via Instagram. The last post was in January so I wasn?t sure if the establishment was still open. I went on google and learned that it is open. The pics I saw on IG was enticing. So I have it a try today andthe food was tasty. I enjoy trying new restaurants and am glad that I came. I am a member of the local baptist church in thearea. I will be back. The chicken and waffles are well made.
Order food for the first time chicken sandwiches were cold fries was not thin cut as ordered kids tender we threw in garbage food use to be good . Pulled up at 5:pm lights were out looked like it was closed. Think it's going down hill. Maybe new management took over. Don't no for sure. They use to have chicken and waffles as a combo did not see. Sorry to see .
Quality down, prices jacked. If you came here when they first opened you?d understand. I paid $12 for what you see. The Mac cheese used to be creamy and the pasta was different, currently microwaved and tasted like the boxed version served to children.The chicken strips had no weight to them, greasy, over fried? guess the chickens they use are on a diet. ????

Quick stop on the way to the airport today for the three of us... needed some food before the 5 hour flight back to San Diego. Good prices, easygoing guy at the counter, delicious food that filled us up. Exactly what we needed! Thank you! I'd definitely eat there again for a quick bite. Flavored well. The onion rings and M&C were especially good, I thought.
I'm actually very sad. This used to be my favorite place. Best Fried Chicken ever. It's not the same. Since name change the food is different. No more whole fried chicken. The Carolina reaper sauce is the same it's so good, waffles are still pretty good, but that's all. I wish they could go back to how it was
Guy was cool but the food sucked! Chicken was super dry and distasteful, had to drench it in sauce. Mac n cheese tasted like the frozen ones from ShopRite. 1/5 don’t recommend at all. Waste of money.Food: 1/5
I just experienced a spicy chicken sandwich with the lightest-crispiest crunch.?The chicken was cooked spot on and flavorful.Will come back.

This place has some of the finest chicken, specialized waffle, and sauces around. Just wish the meals came with a little extra sauce. ?????
