Chef Caliman - Reserva de mesa

Ah que saudade da época pré pandemia que chegava no restaurante e já era recebido com um sorriso e um abraço do Chef Caliman.. Agora tudo está diferente, pois com a restrição dos espaços não se pode mais sentar no local e aproveitar uma boa refeição com os amigos; contudo, isso não impede de fazer um pedido para entrega (delivery) ou mesmo de buscá lo no restaurante. A minha recomendação é o bacalhau no papelote, que serve duas pessoas com tranquilidade e o sabor é fenomenal. Da última vez experimentei o lombo de bacalhau e também estava muito bom acompanha guarnição de salada e arroz. Se bem que nunca tive qualquer revés com os pratos que sempre peço. I've never been to this restaurant and I've never ordered delivery. But I just had the misfortune of the delivery guy from this restaurant almost bursting my intercom by pressing it. He squeezed his finger and didn't take it off until I went to answer it. It wasn't my order. The address said white house, my house is gray with white walls and gates. Rude delivery man. If it was my order, I would have returned it. That the company give training to its employees (that you press the intercom once and wait and don't get your finger stuck, making a hell of a noise) and also how to talk to a possible customer.
