We loved the bone marrow dish at this restaurant, as well as the mussels and dessert options. Jan, our server, provided impeccable hospitality and entertained us throughout the evening. Melba's personal touch is evident in the way she treated every customer like family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Another amazing meal at Chef Melba's. The waiter, John, recommended the special whole snapper. He said it was delicious and I would love it. He was right! The presentation was perfect. I peeled the meat away and dipped it in this amazing sauce! Oh my. So good. Melba says she is retiring soon. So go there and experience amazing food and ambiance. Now. Go!
This place is amazing. Started with Buratta and finished with the creme brulle and chocolate mousse. Both fantastic. My wife had the snapper and I had the king salmon. Perfection. Chef Melba always delivers a great meal. I had the special Salmon with Scallops, Gnooci and a tomatoes that was flavorful and delicious. The beef Stroganoff was the best I've had as well. The red wine came thru along with the layered seasonings! My favorite restaurant in LA..
Melbaâs is a romantic little spot! The chef and the waiter were both incredibly kind and thanked us for coming in. Food and wine were delicious, high quality spot in Hermosa beach. Great spot for a date with someone special!
