The owner and environment were warm and welcoming. I got a chicken salad hoagie and it was fresh and very delicious! The cashier was friendly and upbeat! I will be back!!

This guy knows how to make pizzas and hoagies. If you are ever in the Wilmington, DE area, check it out. Not to far off 95, so easy off and back on.
