The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life. What is it that days after my cleaning I still drink?! LOL The first day was so hard for me, but in retrospect, I really have to go on a lot in my stomach. I thought the protein shake and the green juice were a punishment. On the second day I had a bad day, but could tolerate the diet more. The third day I felt better than I was in years. It is a few days after my cleaning and I have actually continued to feel good and keep the weight off! That never happened to me before with other purges, I would always win like 2lbs in the night. Here I go for more green juice and even got my husband on it! It's magic I'm telling you, thanks Chef V!!

I've been following Chef V for years and making juices and recipes. I did the cleaning later! It's the best you can put in your mouth! I saw that I was over 200 lbs this year, so I ordered 2 5-day sessions and I lost 15 lbs. I've lost 25 pounds since I started. It will change your view of life and release toxins to reset your life.

Delicious and fresh smoothies! If you go to the cook v, you can smell the fresh fruits and vegetables immediately. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a high-quality healthy smoothies/detox/soups.
