Do not recall the names of the dishes but i gota say, i was impressed. Ordered a crispy fish fillet and pork belly with citrus salad ($30~) and a chicken dish ($20~). Both were really good. The restaurants decor was modern and sophisticated. Wait staff were very attentive. Good location but not a place you can frequent, as you can tell by the price. Totally recommend to try the place out.
Located in Little Saigon Plaza, Chef's Gallery does not disappoint when it comes to the quality of the food, however waiting time is a bit long and the food can get quite pricey with 2 dishes adding up to around $36! Would recommend the peking duck roti - it is a nice twist from the typical peking duck with pancake and their dry noodles are also worth trying :)

I loved the handmade noodles here. I reckon their handmade noodles are their speciality. I didn't really like the seafood soup that I ordered. It was kinda salty. For dessert, I ordered a scoop of strawberry ice cream and I thought it was good.
Their service was fast and staff were friendly.
we had vaterday dinner with family and friends. we love all the food we ordered, delicious roasted rice, beancurd, nudel soup, huh, dumplings. the last food we ordered were rolls, but we waited too long until the food comes. and. friendly staff.
Found every dish to be on the sweeter side not sure if I went on a bad day or not. Also the waiters were rushing us to eat so they could clean up but there were still over 15 patrons eating also
duck salat was excessively salty, shanghai style noodles was good. Meeres fruit dumplings were scrumbling. preisy for certain elements in the menu. will go back, but not regularly

would not take a card for a $18 purchase. cheaper. they can buy a dose coke with a card in a shop, but they do not want the business clearly.
go to parramatta or to the city. this place brings the name of a very good restaurant. avoid bad service
