The kitchen table at Edgewater is a fantastic experience that is perfect for a date night or special occasion. We booked a few days before we left. We received confirmation texts and a text a few minutes before our booking period, which made us aware that our table was ready. We were greeted and accompanied without waiting for our table. We went through the tasting room, past a banquet room and into the kitchen table. There is a smaller room with 3 tables and a larger room with 6 tables. We sat on a table for 2 in the larger room. After dinner here I am ashamed to admit more, I am a conservatory living and have waited so long to eat here. We ate in the tasting room and it was extraordinary. The tasting room allows you to taste a variety of appetizers seasonal dishes and entrées. Our server Anthony was amazing. He was an experienced professional and an absolute entertaining pleasure. We ate a embarrassing amount of food a total of 8 dishes. Each dish was amazing from coating to taste profiles to texture. My mind and my stomach was not so happy for a long time. It?s our first visit to chefs table and everything was amazing, the food, the service and the ambience. I didn?t know the restaurant was inside a historical hotel building, and we were seated right next to the kitchen, that definitely made our dinning experience more special. We both ordered house rubbed pork ribeye as main course and it tasted like heaven. It?s tender and got the Smokey flavor. Dip it in the pear jam and rutabaga purée enhanced the flavor and it?s just an array of flavors dancing in your mouth. We will definitely come back and try other dishes on the menu.

My husband and I went to Brunch last Sunday and it was amazing! It was our second time and we were excited to come back! I had a good mocktail and he took the groundless white Sangria from Brunch. Eggs and cookies and chicken waffles!! And have a must? We like their choice and ambience of the place. Great service.

My husband and my children brought me to the kitchen table and it was the best decision ever. The meal was a 3-course menu delicious. We decided to combine our food with wine, which I highly recommend. The service was great. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it.
