Cheltenham Fish & Chip Shop

The Fish'n Chips and Burger here are all good quality. Fish is reasonably fresh and the burgers are not greasy which gives them a lite feel.There are better places in Melbourne but you we have to pay$$ and have to tolerate hipsters being around you thinking they are cool.Over all the quality is at the higher end of the scale and the prices represent good value.

Someone's not telling the truth. We specifically asked if the flake was gummy shark and was told yes so either we were lied to or they were lied to when buying it. It tasted more like hoki so gave it to the dog. Chips have lovely potato flavour but undercooked. Potato cakes lovely and crunchy but hardly any potato.

We stopped for lunch at this fish and chips and it was big and delicious, fries and fish for less than 10$. We had a great time there and he suggested us the right fish, really excellent!

We had both grilled and fried fish and chips last night and both were excellent....perfecly cooked fish with chunky chips. we could not have asked for any better.
