I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. I called to place an order, and they confirmed it. However, they called me back shortly after, and I missed the call. When I tried to call them back a few seconds later, I couldn’t get through. I called again, and they started cursing at me. I kept trying to reach them to resolve the issue, but they wouldn’t stop being rude. It was really disappointing!
The food is trash, and the customer service is horrible!!!!! I called to make an adjustment and once I gave the adjustment they said no, (I asked to add an order of fried rice) and they hung up the phone. I called back and they would pick up and hang up, and once I got my order the broccoli smelt spoiled!! ??
One of the best Chinese Take Out Restaurants in Uniondale. The owner is always kind and makes sure each customer gets great service and food. Also they always get your food to you within a decent time frame when you order delivery. So far I have yet to be disappointed.
Service was VERY RUDE to me! I placed an order and they refused to deliver it because they are scammers! They did not want to cancel the order after I called and asked them to. They stole my money Reserva una mesa ahora
The delivery driver increased the price from what was quoted over the phone. The food was burnt and not fresh. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Ting Ho 2 is much better.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the turnaround was quick. It’s straightforward, without any frills. A pleasant experience overall!
They have excellent food, been eating their food for years and having it delivered. I can't comment on the atmosphere.
