This was my first and only visit to this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by an African American waitress. She was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered. This young woman was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, even while managing heavy platters. I made it a point to leave a glowing review and a generous tip to express my gratitude for her truly outstanding service.
I'm giving this restaurant only 2 stars, and the only reason is that our waitress, Lisa, was really sweet. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. My son's spaghetti looked like it had come straight from a can, and the marinara sauce tasted sour, as if it were weeks old. The fries also seemed stale. The interior of the place felt a bit worn out as well.
I called ahead to reserve a pie for a birthday, but when I arrived to pick it up at 6:30 PM, there was no record of my reservation and they couldn't locate it.
