Everything cooked in this restaurant is made to absolute perfection! While the menu is quite good itself, they even let us order something from outside the menu. It's been a ritual for me when am in gstaad we have lunch at chesery, the choices remain to be nice and well constructed, but for the main courses they truly had a great touch to them and while simple they felt so special This time it was average, the umph factor is missing Mind you the prices are extremely expensive for the place around 140 chf per person and we are talking about 6 appetizers two main and no alchohol That's in any term too much Am sorry but this is not way to out of whack for a top notch restaurant even. I think it's time for trying a new place in gstaad

Nous faisons beaucoup appel à Mr Speth et à son restaurant Chesery pour nous faire livrer. Les plats n'en sont que meilleurs.Mention spéciale pour les raviolis à la burrata dont nous ne nous lassons pas. Le turbo est fantastique. En réalité tous les plats sont excellents mais ces deux là sont de loin nos préférés.Le pain est fait sur place et est superUn incontournable de Gstaad vous ne serez pas déçu.

Je suis désolé mais ce restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du 19 /20 que lui a attribué le guide Gault et Millau, le service n'y est pas, nous avons pris le grand menu, tout est excellent mais cela manque de présentation, le dessert est quelconque sans aucune fioriture, les patrons sont avec leurs amis et non avec leurs clients...non décidément cela vaut un 16 pas plus....

Great food and service but the place is quiet and stiff and not suitable for children as they will climb up the walls. The food and wine is good quality but pricey for sure.
