Chetzeron - Reservar una mesa

Highlights: Die ehemalige Bergstation der Gondelbahn wurde in einem tollen Design-Hotel umgebaut. Der Ort verleiht ein Hauch von James Bond Abenteuer. Von den grosszügigen Zimmer hat man eine atemberaubende Sicht auf das gesamte Wallis und die Alpen! Mitten im Skigebiet kann man sich im warmen Pool hinlegen und das Panorama geniessen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lowlights: Das Abendessen war zwar fein entsprach aber nicht meinen Erwartungen angesichts der hohen Preise. Im Zimmer fehlten die gewissen Extras (z. Bsp. kostenloses Trinkwasser). Fazit: Allein schon wegen der Location sollte man dort eine Nacht verbringen. Ich ziehe jedoch einen Stern ab, weil das Essen nicht grossartig war.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday. We enjoyed the experience since the first email interaction. Staff very supportive, kind and ready to provide an answer to any question logistic and food related . We climbed up with the snowcat, quite exciting! During the dinner we commented that the Chetzeron’s staff is better than most Michelin restaurants. The food was very good, the menu plenty of gluten-free options which in Switzerland and/ or Crans Montana is almost impossible to find. The overall experience was amazing and we would like to thank the staff and Sami for making our evening magnificent!

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel. The location in a former cable car station on top of a mountain is fabulous. But this is not enough to justify the high price. There are things which need to be improved, first of all hospitality and friendliness towards their guests.

We went there one evening for a meal. Ratrax ride, great! Superb and atypical place. Well received and very well eaten. I am delighted thank you all
