Walk in no body is at the host podium someone finally shows up but doesn?t greet us just grabs the menus and utensils then ask were would we like to sit. We chose to sit at the bar then we waited and waited to only be told give him a second. He finally takes our drink orders. Now we are ready to order menus down drinks almost done. He proceeds to walk by us multiple times does say anything doesn?t come to us. But is helping multiple who came after us. So I told him to close out my check and I left. Went here with my husband and son for Taco Tuesday this week. I thought it would have been busy but it was not an issue at all. The server was great, even if she had to come back to us at least 5 times to tell us something we ordered, that was on the menu, was not available. It wasn't her fault and she was very nice about it. Our food and appetizer came out at the same time. Not sure what happened but it would have been nice to enjoy one part of the meal at time. The tacos(I ordered 2 steak and 1 chicken) we're ok. El servicio al cliente fue horrible. El anfitrión tenía una actitud desagradable al sentarse en nuestra mesa. Nuestro servidor apenas le prestó atención. Le pedí a diferentes personas que una servilleta limpiaría un derrame que hice en mis pantalones y no recibí uno hasta preguntarle a mi servidor por tiempo después de que ya completamos nuestra comida. El menú también debe haber cambiado porque cuando visité en diciembre, obtuve mis habituales las enchiladas de snow cangrejo y fue delicioso. The food is actually good for a chain restaurant. The salsa is so good and free for the table with chips.... if you can get the inattentive server to bring you more. The service here is what really brings down the rating. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if the servers aren't experienced, but it takes way too long to get drinks, food, and refills. The last time we visited, the manager was walking around helping out, but was moving as slow as the servers. It was unorganized and chaotic waited 20 minutes for a drink with like 5 tables filled in the restaurant.

The food was great and the staff was very friendly. No wait for a Friday evening around 7. Since they are individually owned they don't have Happy hour on food as the website states. Happy hour for drinks start at 9 Nevertheless I would go back again since the food was delicious ? and the service was great!
Was in a hurry, had an Uber coming for airport trip in 40 minutes. The hostess and bar server (Monday around 12 pm) were amazing and facilitated an amazing lunch experience. I would definitely recommend and return. The Shrimp and Corn Tomalito was delicious and very filling.
Nothing fresh about it. Also, the bartenders lack professionalism. After waiting and waiting at the bar, I ask one them to make an order?.normal tone and everything. Pretty normal right?! The bartender responded like I was disturbing him?
Loving it here! Our server Johana was awesome and super nice. The food was really good. I ordered 2 Mexicali chickens and they were done right away! They are pet friendly which is a great thing! I?ll definitely be back!

Every single thing we ordered was amazing, Ester was the sweetest, and Sharayla went over the top and was one of the best waitresses i've ever had, highly recommend!!
