The service lives up to expectations for this type of establishment: professional, attentive, and pleasant throughout the meal. The portions are also very generous, which is much appreciated. I chose the squid ink and octopus risotto. While the risotto was excellent, I unfortunately found the octopus too salty, which somewhat unbalanced the dish in my opinion. I absolutely loved this restaurant. It was a slow evening and being able to watch Oceane work in the open kitchen was fun and interesting. This young lady is a talented chef. I was completely happy with the meal she cooked me. I personally thanked her, and I want management to know what a fantastic job she did. I ordered the local take on a Caprese Salad and it was fresh and delicious. My main dish was a lovely pasta with clams, roe, and truffles. It was exceptional. Angelo restaurant will delight lovers of Italian cuisine. I especially loved the tiramisu, which was absolutely divine! The service was perfect and always with a smile. I'll be back!
