Our family had one of the worst dinners in this place. To give examples of how bad everything was, the best tasting articles were a burger patty they grilled without seasonal, not even salt and a side of highly salted, over boiled potato chips. The veal they served was the most dry I ever tasted (make me wonder if it was freshly cooked). The rib steak they serve was cooked unevenly, extremely well in one side and red raw meat on the other side. The Rib Steak dish came with a pasta side, which literally had no sauce, spices, even butter. Just a piece of cooked pasta on the plate. I go there quite often, sometimes to have just a drink or two and sometimes to eat as well. The servicemen (especially the guy who seems to be the owner) are super-friendly. They will even go out of the line to cater to your whims, just if you request them in a polite and friendly manner :-) This one is like a small homely place where I feel comfortable after tiring days. Sometimes, if I am lucky I also meet pretty interesting people. I can't write a single bad word about it :-) A must visit, if you are in Orsay.
Staff were very nice, menu was a little limited but then this is more of a bar than a restaurant and the food that there was, was very nice. I had the steak hachee and chips. The chips deserve special mention as they must have been cooked in something that gave them a unique, quite moreish taste. Staff were very helpful in anyway needed (a charger for a phone, clearing a space to change a baby) as we were there as a group of three adults and two babies seeing a friend who has recently moved from Australia.

I think they need the reservation by night, but for lunch it's quite easy to find place inside the restaurant or in the small terrace on the street. The portions are abundant and the food is very tasty! I will come back for sure!

I was here with a friend of mine for lunch (we are close to work) and I found the place online. It is a very nice cafe restaurant that offers typical French cuisine. I think they need the reservation at night, but for lunch it is quite easy to find room in the restaurant or in the small terrace on the street. The portions are plentiful and the food is very delicious! I'll be back.
That was the best restaurant in Orsay. Everything was great and the price was right. A tip: You should always call and book your table. Many people know that it is good and it will be crowded every night for dinner.
We visited the place we some friends. It was summer so we sat in the tables outside the bar. Nice place to have a beer with your friends, the food was ok, but nothing special.
