Chez Cyrille - Reservar una mesa

We were recommended by the owners of the B & B where we were staying that Restaurant Chez Cyrille was good home cooking at a very reasonable price. They were absolutely right. We had to put the directions into our sat nav as otherwise we probably wouldn't warmly welcomed by the chef's wife and had a choice of seating as there was no-one else there. Thankfully by 8.00pm three other tables were occupied.The food was excellent as was the wine and we couldn't believe we were left with the cheeseboard of local cheeses so we could just help ourselves. We would have liked to have thanked Cyrille personally for the superb meal but he didn't make an appearance, obviously busy in the kitchen.

We were looking for something different than the cheese based meal of the area. We had the chance of finding Chez Cyrille - they have just 2 menus (and a vegetarian one), depending on the products available. We first took the starter and main course, we came back the next day to have the main course and cheese/dessert. In both cases we were very happy, the starter and main course were excellent, good meet and plenty of good vegetables. The dessert are well presented and good, but not as extraordinary than the starter and main course. The dinning room is not too large, and the service friendly. Highly recommended

We have a chalet nearby which we rent to holiday makers called le Chatox. In the Les Bauges there are a few restaurants but this one is particularly good and we always recommend our guests to try it. The menu is not large which is a good sign - less choice , better quality. The dishes venture away from the traditional local cuisine and is a little more adventurous (at least for this part of France!) We've never been disappointed and the service is always with a smile. Give it try !

Lovely restaurant in the picturesque village of Le Noyer. Virginie always gives a very warm welcome. I have been six times and never been disappointed. A choice of 2 menus 15€ and 25€ which are excellent value, very tasty and beautifully presented. As a vegetarian I am always looked after and presented with a lovely meal although there is no vegetarian option on the menu. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful wooden structure with a lovely and warm restaurant on the first floor. The service was excellent and the cuisine, typical of the region, was prepared to perfection with fresh produce. The deserts were wonderful. All for under Euro 40 per couple for dinner - bargain!
