There is in Wissant, a charming little seaside resort near Cap Gris-Nez, this extra restaurant is: Chez Edwige. A family kitchen, a pleasant setting and its main asset: reception. A smiling, pleasant staff, vaquant table in table with remarkable efficiency. By remarking to Natascha one of the 3 people in service that she is probably tired at the end of the day, the answer was not even, because we like to do this. And it feels through the 6 or 7 people working in this establishment. Adding more than reasonable prices, Chez Edwige is perhaps one of the few restaurants where the menu still has dishes less than 10 euros.
