Chez Fernand was cozy, but I have dined myself and was very comfortable! It has a great mood with beautiful music and the food was excellent. The service was wonderfully impeccable. I had steak and bone marrow with thick potatoes and was also in heaven with their wine list. It is very picturesque inside and the people were alive and friendly!

Affordable, cozy, offered an English menu upon request. Beef Bourgingnon was phenomenal, and loved the Escargot, too. Also a great neighborhood for drinks before or after.

So fantastic tonight... The beef bourguignon and bone marrow were exceptional! Intimate and the lighting was tres bon! Great service Great cook!
