We were recommended this restaurant by a local and found the food and atmosphere excellent. We were the only 2 people who were not French in the restaurant - always a good sign. The staff were very welcoming and the service prompt but not rushed. The portion sizes were very good, the dishes delicious and the wine, advised by the waiter well above our expectations. This is a restaurant we will be returning to even if a detour off our route is necessary.
Simple restaurant, with fresh and tasty food. The salmon salad is nice though a bit simple, the onglet de boeuf is not bad but drenched in sauce. The apple crumble is nice. Very good wine. Nothing to say about the service, neither too friendly or too cold. Prices are accessible for what it is (menus between 19.50 and 28 euros).
My wife and I had both visited this restaurant many years ago on business but never together. This time we managed it and it was lovely to remember old times. The owners have changed but it was still very good. The food was excellent and the service quick and efficient. Definitely to be recommended.

we had tow dinners in a row. exellent food , service and atmospherRis de exellent food and service in a fine atmospher without tearing your pockets. we had Sea Loup fish and Ris de Veau were the best dishes we had this year in France. worth every eurov
A very good restaurant from the entrance to the dessert. Quality ratio unbeatable price. Fresh food made with love and a great respect for the customer. I strongly recommend and we will return.
The cook of Chez Jules is maitre restaurateur. Good quality cooking. His team creates a nice atmosphere. So a nice evening out where we enjoyed the good of life in France.
