This restaurant is an absolute disaster. Right from the start, I noticed that our chopsticks and spoons were dirty, and the glasses of water were unclean as well. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they simply took the cup and refilled it without addressing the dirt! The staff struggled to understand anything we said. The menu items and the food that was served were completely different. To make matters worse, there was hair in our food, and the owner still tried to charge us for it! We didn’t receive our drinks until halfway through the meal, and when they finally arrived, they were less than half-full, mostly filled with ice. Fantastic Vietnamese cuisine in Kanata South! This is definitely my favorite spot whenever I'm in the mood for Vietnamese dishes. I adore the Pho and the Vermicelli meals, while my husband is a fan of their Rice Dishes. My only suggestion would be that the Summer Roll has a bit too much lettuce, and the Avocado Smoothie has a different flavor compared to what I've had at other places (it’s not overly sweet—maybe it could use a bit more condensed milk).

I happened to stop by this Vietnamese restaurant for a quick snack, and I'm really glad I did. The spicy beef soup I tried was outstanding, with a broth that was rich in flavor. The service was quick and friendly. I noticed a steady stream of customers coming in after me, which reassured me that many others enjoy the food here too. The customer service was outstanding. Our food arrived promptly, and our main dishes came out simultaneously. The flavors were delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. We were definitely impressed with our visit!

I've only been in Canada for 10 months, and I've been searching for a good Vietnamese restaurant for a while. I'm so happy to say that I've finally found a place where the food tastes almost like home. I highly recommend it!

Great variety of Vietnamese dishes all cooked very well. Service is quick and efficient. This restaurant has authentic Vietnamese sausage which is hard to find in Ottawa.
